Handling time
As all our products are handcrafted in small batches to be delivered to our customers as fresh as possible, please allow 7-10 business days for handling. Add the carrier’s estimated delivery time that you choose at checkout to determine approximately when you might receive your products.
Domestic USA shipping
We offer USPS for all USA deliveries and a variety of delivery options which can be reviewed at checkout.
We will provide tracking for all orders.
Please note that due to pandemic and supply chain related backlogs, estimated carrier times may be subject to delays. Once your products are in transit, we cannot control or influence delivery times so all queries must be made directly to the carrier.
For all orders of $150 or more before taxes, standard free shipping is available.
International shipping
We offer UPS for all international deliveries and a variety of delivery options which can be reviewed at checkout.
We will provide tracking for all international orders.

IMPORTANT FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Changes or cancellations of orders
We are unable to take requests for changing orders (adding or removing products) or cancellation of orders after they have been placed at checkout.
Addresses
Deliveries are made only to addresses provided by our customers at checkout or in their account profile. We cannot be responsible for deliveries that go to wrong addresses.
Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order has been processed and in transit. We will try to accommodate any reasonable address change requests prior to processing but due to high order volume, cannot guarantee any such request will be processed in time.
