Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (EST) except national holidays and company vacations which will be posted on our site.
Due to our focus on the integrity of our production process and high order volume, all enquiries and support requests should be made via email to support@emmanuellesw.com. We will try to respond to all communications on a timely basis, usually within 24 hours of receipt.
Variation
Due to the nature of our pure, organic ingredients and our handcrafted, small batch production process, there could be variation from batch to batch in the colour, fragrance and / or other elements of each product.
