Refunds and returns
We will do our best to ensure you are delighted with our products. Due to their nature, we can only accept returns for the following reasons:
IMPORTANT NOTE: Products leave our atelier in a pristine condition. We cannot be responsible for any degradation of our products that may occur in transit due to carrier handling, weather (excessive heat or cold) or any other transit related issues.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or received in error.
Products must be returned to us unopened. Once received by us and evaluated, we will notify you by email if the return is accepted. If accepted, we will send you the appropriate exchange or store credit within 7-10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@emmanuellesw.com.
All other sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Back ordered and out of stock items
As they are made fresh in small batches, we do not carry large inventories of finished products. Due to unforeseen issues such as shortages, supply chain problems etc., ingredients, packaging or other materials required to fulfill your order may not be available within the expected the 7-10 days handling period.
In this circumstance, we will notify you as soon as possible by email that the item is backordered and an expected delivery date. If the revised date is not suitable, we will offer an alternative product, a store credit or gladly make a refund.
